It Should Never Happen. But It Did.
On December 2, 2023, in Arvada, Colorado, a horse and rider were hit head-on by a car that ran a stop sign. The horse had to be put down on the road. The driver was cited only for failing to stop at a stop sign.
This Should Never Happen Again.
And we are doing something about it.
